How to score an overseas education degree

The International School for Learning and Education (ISLE) has announced it will no longer be accredited.

In a statement to CBC News, ISLE said the decision was taken to better serve students, parents and communities around the world.

“In recent years, the number of international students who have enrolled in our programs has grown to more than 10 million,” said ISLE Director, John O’Sullivan.

O’Sullivan says the new process will allow ISLE to better cater to students, families and local communities.”

We have made the decision to move to a new process that provides students with a more streamlined and consistent process to obtain a Canadian certificate of completion and the opportunity to earn a diploma.”

O’Sullivan says the new process will allow ISLE to better cater to students, families and local communities.

The institute is not the only international school to cut ties with ISLE.

In January, International Institute for Education in Toronto (IIEET) announced it would close its doors and not renew its accreditation.

In the meantime, the institute has released a list of all its current Canadian students and students that are in the process of completing a Canadian education degree.

According to the list, over 1,500 students are in its process of obtaining their certificates of completion, with more than 2,000 students in the pipeline.ISLE says the decision is in line with the recommendations made by the Accreditation Council for International Education (ACIE) to “develop an accredited pathway for Canadian students to complete their degree.”

“The accreditation council recommended that Canadian students in all degree pathways have access to a certificate of accomplishment to enhance their qualification for the Canadian job market,” said O’Neill.
